Thank you for the great service, communication and quick delivery. I ordered from the UK for Christmas for my sister who lives in Tasmania. Candice contacted me to let me know my sister had not yet collected the parcel from her local post office. They even contacted the post office to check it was there and offered to get in touch with my sister for me! After I contacted her, (she had been busy!) she collected it and the chocolates were very positively received, thanks too for the free chilli peanuts, they were eaten very quickly! Fantastic customer service and great products!

Oh honey! Im in love. Tasmanian bush honey is so delicious. You can taste the flowers. A far more complex flavour than your average honey without the shell shock of tasting honey from a different region. Five stars.

What a super website filled with stylish products showcasing Tasmania and the southeast in particular. I chose half a dozen different products from Candace's website for my delegate showbags and everyone just loved them. Absolutely perfect! And joyfully received. I sent a collection of amazing products as a special birthday gift and was amazed by the quality of the outstanding broad range. It was wonderful to be able to customise the gift and make it personal then have it packaged up as beautiful hamper. As I had left this to the last minute, I requested express delivery and it was delivered in no time at all! Bicheno Delivery was just what I was looking for to send my mum a yummy Mother’s Day present. The service was very quick, getting my parcel in the post the same day that i ordered it. Received a box from Bicheno Delivery and boy, it was good! Was lucky enough to receive a gift hamper and unlike other hampers I've received in the past, our Bicheno Delivery box had every item consumed and thoroughly enjoyed! There wasn't a single filler item that would spend it's days at the back of the cupboard until a yearly clear out. The range of different tastes, spices and ingredients were such high quality and I loved that they were really bringing flavours together and embracing Australian gourmet foods. I especially enjoyed the Amazeball snacks - very moorish! The box was so lovely in it's presentation, packaging and definitely looked like it was prepared with care. Coming from TAS to NSW, nothing was damaged or looked like it had shifted at all, so all the food was enjoyed as it should be. I highly recommend Bicheno Delivery, both for ease of ordering, delivery, packaging and the high quality of their items. They will certainly be a go to for my gift giving in the future!

I have just re-ordered a number of products from Bicheno Delivery and the range and quality of the products are excellent. The website is very easy to use and informative with details about each product. The way they package the items for delivery is a presentation in itself. I highly recommend them and am going to send some of their products to my friends interstate. I live in country Vic, so using their online ordering is easy.
